Steve at Promerican Corporation/Imperial Services Accepted $244.00 USD payment via Paypal but never sent the part.  Dozens of times ove several months I tried calling but always got only voice mail and after several months he stopped even responding to email.
 
See below full dialog and dates of actual email back and forth.
 
Ps.  I finally re-ordered from Vans Auto on 08/03/15. ($275.00 via ebay "buy-it-now")

Over a year now since you accepted payment for my cable. 
 
I need a cable but at $244/per, I don't need 2 of them.  Before I go about trying to buy another cable from a different source, please, at a minimum, respond as to whether your business is still active and whether I have any chance of receiving the shift cable I ordered and paid for.

Coming up on 5 months since you accepted payment for my cable.  My last correspondence was almost 2 months ago and you didn't even bother to respond.  Either build my cable or refund my $244.00 and I'll make other arrangements.
 
At a minimum please respond as to the continued viability of your company and any status info you can provide.

To my knowledge,  I've not yet received the shift cable.   I work 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off away from my home in MN so it's possible my bride collected it and it has fallen behind a desk somewhere.   Before I start dismantling the house,  could you confirm that it did,  in fact, ship.
 
PayPal shows the payment went through on 07/15/14.

From your page, I believe this to be part # IS-404, but, as they are pricey, I wanted to check with you before ordering to be certain I'm ordering the correct item, and have been unable to make contact by phone.
