Complaint Review: IMPORT PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT GROUP

I place an order, they lie to me about the shipping date, until after a week i told them that i would cancel my order if i don't get any tracking numbers in 2 days, after that i finally recieve the part, and it was missing 2 gaskets, i wrote to them and they asure me that the supplier have told them that he put the gasket attach to the headers, but i film when i open the package and it was none. Then i wrote an email asking for the missing gasket and here is a copy:

Mr Stoner:

I receive the headers without any gasket, and they supossed to come with it, as oficial www.xerd.com stated in their website.

Please advice what to do?

What took him so long to notice that?

I packed it myself with the gaskets and they are all taped to the header so there is no way it can fall out. I make gaskets per how many headers i have and right now i am out of stock with no gaskets so that means every header went out with the gaskets.

He can purchase a new gasket if he wants but the new ones wont be in for another 4 weeks or so.

The packet just arrive to Honduras in our container yesterday. Beleive me i unpack the headers my self, and there was nothing tape to them, i even took the carton box apart to look for them and there was nothing inside. I am a very honest person i would not lost my honesty over some gasket. I would teke the headers today to put on my car, and i don't need them anymore, but what we talking about here is honesty, and the Xerd people lie to us from the day i put the order.
I can send you how many complains they have and always blame it on the costumer.

What i need now is you to give me credit for the gaskets, is up to you who to believe Xerd and dont believe your costumer. Anyways i can prove to you with our surveilence cameras when i unpack the headers that it was no gasket attach to them.

I am sorry I cant help more XERD is going out of business and we are being left high and dry. I can tell you the OEM are better from my experience
