Complaint Review: Imports Doctors

I'm very disappointed at the outcome. We towed our Volvo xc90 2004 to this shop to get repair. We were excited by the way Bob greeting us? Bob called with the quote to replace the head casket nd even thou was on the high side but we agreed with his price. He then called again with an increase in price for something else nd we agreed. The 1st day we picked up our car we found the Check Engine light was still on. The next day we found leaking coolant on our garage floor so we called Bob nd he asked us to bring car to the shop. We left our car there for 2 days till we got a call from Bob that he replace the hose nd fix the problem nd its ready to pick up. I went nd pick up the car nd still notice the engine light is still on. Next morning the coolant was still leaking onto our garage floor so we call Bob again nd he asked to bring it back to the shop. Few days after he fixed it again I was driving on the freeway nd I saw smoking up the bonnet. I freaked out nd pulled over the side. I called my husband, he then called Bob and he asked us to tow it to his shop. This morning we received an unpleasant called from Bob saying the head casket has blown again due to this leaking hose that we reported to him since from day 1 after picking up our car from his shop. I told him that his fault for not repairing the problem like we always reported. Bob continues to tell us that it will cost alot of money to fix it now. Omgeee . I then asked what about the warranty for the new head casket you already charged me for. Bob then reply he wont be able to fix my car. I asked him if you can't fix my car then do the honorable think nd return my $3500 so I go find someone who can help. Now I lost $3500 with no car. I'm so hurt nd feel ripped off. I'm seeking legal advice so no one could go thru this like me. It's horrible.
