Early July 06 ? Ken Gursky, Sr. Vice President, called to solicit my interest in Career Moves services

Mid July ? Meeting with Ken Gursky and pledge to follow-up by end of month.

End of July ? Meeting with Ken Gursky to establish solid agreement on my client status and contract. Paid 4,225.00 for 1st portion of agreement.

August through September ? Advised that Mr.Ken Gursky was no longer with the firm. Assigned to Mr. Frank Durante, Director of career management. Career Moves changes corporate name to ?Impraxxa? Business Services, Inc.

Mid ?October ? With no response after repeated attempts to contact Mr. Durante, I was advised by phone that he no longer was with the firm. Was then assigned to Mr. Mark Rich, V.P. for continued career guidance services.

Early November ? After 5-6 days from initial meeting with Mark Rich, he no longer responds to my e-mails and phone calls. On my last call of 11/8/06 to Mark Rich, I was informed that he too, is no longer with the firm. Furthermore I asked to speak with the C.E.O ./Owner of the firm,Mr. Ken Levenson and was informed by Domanique, a new receptionist that Mr. Ken Levenson and was no longer with the firm.

This is the sad conclusion to what should have been an substantial but strategic investment in my pursuit to find new employment after having left the job search market for 20 years. I am $4,500 poorer and still have no prospects for new employment.
