Impressivepersonalization.com Seems Legit - SCAM - BEWARE Internet
On March 6, 2012, I ordered my wedding favors and cake toppers from this website. Thinking I was getting a good deal, I took note of the authorize.net, yahoo, and buyer protection logos at the bottom of the page. After reviewing my order and googling the site, I felt comfortable to place my order.
I have several email addresses and accidentally provided an incorrect email address to the company. I called them a few days later to give them the correct email address - thinking I would be sent a proof or receipt and I'd need a copy of it. I left a voice message and was contacted not even an hour later by customer service to change the email. Twenty minutes later, I received an email notifying me of the correction and provided a copy of the payment received and items ordered.
It is now April 11, 2012 and my wedding is a mere three weeks away. I have yet to receive my order or any information regarding it. I have called and emailed the company repeatedly over the last week with no response or even a way to leave a voice message as I did once before.
I'm disappointed because I really was excited about the favors and now I am left in the lurch searching for something that I HOPE will arrive shortly. This company certainly puts on a nice facade and plays the part of a legit business - when in reality all they did was charge my credit card and take advantage of a bride with a low budget for her wedding. I don't know where I will be able to replace the funds they've taken from me.
I am hoping for help with this from American Express - as that's the card I used. I also hope that we can get this company. I've noticed 4 other complaints within the last 3 weeks regarding this company. I only wish I had seen them prior to ordering.
