IMX Hydroderm Ripoff Fraudulent Billing Practices Culver City California
I was tempted by Hydroderm's massive internet advertizing campaign and gave a few of their products the "free" 30-day trial. You have to pay a nominal shipping charge but that is how they collect your credit card information. Once you obtain and RMA and return the products, they still have your credit card and are unscrupulous in denying they received the product back and billing you the full amount for it. I also lost $69.00 plus the original shipping costs. Please be warned -- do not fall into their trap. Hydroderm is a bad company to do business with.
