IMXT Travel Co Ripoff. No product ever sent. New York New York
Ad reads "Process our Travel Brochures. All materials provided. Honest opportunity."
When the information arrived it still sounded like a legitimate opportunity. Instructions were to send $90 for brochures and other supplies plus $15 for speedy processing. Obviously there is also a promise that all is guaranteed and if not satisfied the original fees will be refunded. I sent a money order for $105 with filled out forms on January 27, 2003. No materials or product ever arrived.
I have written to the address where forms were sent twice but have received no response. Note that the only place this address appears is on the self addressed envelope provided. I happened to make a note of it and kept it with the copies I made of the original forms.
The telephone number in the ad (888-807-1180) leaves space for applicant to enter name and address message to receive the original forms. Twice I have called this number and stated that I received nothing at all and left my number requesting a return call. I have now also asked for a refund of my money. I still have had no response.

I sent another letter to the address provided for IMXT Travel Co. pointing out the postal regulations being violated (can get these on Internet) and asking that I receive full refund. I received a letter postmarked 3/20/03 saying that product was not sent due to unforseen discontinuance of the program and was promised I will receive full ($105) refund within 2 to 3 weeks. I am sending anoter letter pointing out thaat it is to their advantage to get the refund to me by 4/9/03. I also suggested that this individual refund all monies to all who have sent legitimate refund request. Send request for refund with pertinent information to: IMXT Travel Co. 244 Madison Ave. #500, New York, NY 10016. I will again update if refund is received. Good luck.
