I've waited 8 months, only to discover my car hasn't even been touched. When I dropped off my car to have the work done I stipulated that the work needs to be done no later than 4 months. I was told, this was a good time to get the work done as there is a hole in his schedule. I left a $2000. deposit to show I was a serious customer.
I asked that our agreed time-frame be put on the receipt. James told me, his handshake is his bond. "I wouldn't be in business for this long if I didn't deliver, he said. "Fair enough." James is difficult to deal with, yes, but I didn't hire him for his personality. I hired him for his expertise. My only issue right now is the time I was promised and the lack of delivering my vehicle as stated.
