In Demand Enterprises ebay In demand Enterprises llc, Con Artists - Bad Business, Internet
In Demand Enterprises llc is a Con Artist Car dealer. Beware. You will get ripped off.
The car was not even close to what they described. The owner Joe Neiman has nothing bud lies to tell you, it is a very poor, under capitalized business. Have not received title, jeep was complete junk and all communications like the one below went ignored.
We have requested on three different occasions for a refund on the Jeep per ebay request. They have met with not one response and quite frankly have just been ignored. You asked for clarification of the gross misrepresentation which was sent via ebay messages and was a copy of the two previous emails we have sent regarding the condition of the Jeep.
Our legal department has received a signed statement from the trucking company as to their assessment of misrepresentation, the mechanic has also informed us of his intent to sign a statement and cooperate as he believes we were defrauded. Our legal department has found multiple complaints against your company to the better business bureau and multiple complaints of fraud on internet websites and rating sites.
If we are not refunded our monies or refunded monies to correct issues that should have been addressed in the description we will:
1. Report negative feedback (in seven years of ebay, never had to do this)
2. Report to BBB and to all governing bureaus in your state
3. File a federal complaint on the grounds fraud, naming the principles personally.
I assure you now that if a complaint is filed, we will not settle for any amount with out the recoupment of legal fees. Any sort of settlement with out court costs and legal fees will be rejected. We have patiently waited for 36 days for an offer to settle this amicably to no resolve. You have until monday to respond.

STILL WAITING FOR COST OF CLAIMED REPAIRS NEEDED AND STILL WILLING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT FOR OUR CUSTOMER

Simply put, this customer bought a 27 year old custom Jeep from our dealership after winning the auction on eBay. The eBay listing had over 100 pictures and clearly stated the Jeep could use a paint job for the fiber glass body. When he received the Jeep, he was disappointed in the condition and we reviewed the fact that he was buying it as a daily driver and that we explained it to be a driver condition vehicle, not a show truck. He said the transmission was leaking fluid and that seemed to be the only tangible complaint. I asked repeatedly for a copy of a bill for the supposed repairs and have yet to be given anything. I cannot compensate the customer until I know what we are refunding money for. eBay already ruled this in the dealership's favor and I am certain the BBB will do the same thing. Rip Off Report is the only place that he will be able to leave his remarks. Regardless, we do value our customers very highly and try very hard to please them all. If this customer would like to send us a copy of the repair bill for the problems they experienced, we would still offer to refund money to satisfy our customer. Thanks!
