In phonics uses deceptive rebate practices to beat customers out of there money! First the offer big rebates that they never plan to give you in the first place. Then they state that you have to show the first 3 bills paid in full. The only way to show the first 3 bills paid in full is by getting the 4th bill from t-mobile, but guess what; when you get the 4th bill it's to late you have gone over the 120 days by 1 day I called them to complain and they stated that there was nothing they could do and I should have sent in the first 3 This is an old game of bate and switch; offer big rebates and through vague rebate wording beat the customer out of what they have coming. I will never do business with Wirefly.com or any other company that uses Inphonic to process there rebate. Also it should be noted that the agent that I talked to stated to me that other rebate customers have made the same mistake. T-mobile just lost a customer!
