In Style Design Center Charged me 8750.00 for a bedroom set that he clamied was made in italy that same night i found the same set for 2500 and its realy made in china! Disputed my deposit payment that same night 5 hours after i left the store. the guy claims it was a special order and is disputing the charges. Old Bridge New Jersey
We were asked by my inlaws to pick out a bed room set for our apartment as a wedding gift. We looked everywhere and couldnt find anything really special. We found this website and decided to drive an hour or so to look at what they had. We found a bed room set that we thought we liked, the guy claimed everything is made in italy and i have to import 20 of these beds at a time to get a good price.
So we sat down and started bargining ofcourse and he wouldnt budge finally after shaving off a few dollars we said ok thinking we were getting a highend italian designer bed. He showed us a few cataloges and insisted that to order other stuff would be extreemly expensive, so we should stick with the set he had. We agreed and walked out thinking we did the right thing. Im ususally a carfull shopper so when i got home i did some research on the web ad found the same bed room set for 2500 dollars. I that same night i called the credit card company and Desputed the charges on the card. I called him in the morning and he refused to give me my money back so i left it in the hands of my visa card. He is now disputing the charges saying that the bed was a special order....... this sales man or owner there Igor is a sneaky crook selling high end look a like furniture.
I am embarresed that i let someone like this take advantage of me and i would like everyone to know that.
