I woke up after 3 nights covered in bug bites. I pulled back the sheets and saw the top half of the mattress covered in bugs!

I attempted to contact the property manager, Ben, but he is off on Sundays so he told the property's courtesy manager to tell me that i'd have to stay in the room for the night and he'd quarintine it the following day.

I met with Ben the following day and showed him the visible bugs on the mattress. He told me to leave the property immediately and there would be no refund. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he would not provide me a name or any contact information. We got into a heated arguement and I finally agreed to leave and would pursue my complaint with the coporate division. I left repeated message because there is no live person to talk to as Ben told me. 10 days later I recieved a follow up call from a gentleman that would not provide his title, his supervisiors name nor would be provide direct contact information.

My bug bites required medical attention and to this day I am still attempting to recoup my money because I made the mistake of paying upfront!

This hotel was dirty and the customer service is more than awful!
