InBoxDollars did not send redemption code for gift card when I cashed in

Taking surveys for money. Once you build up enough cash you can get a reward for an Amazon gift card. They never sent the redemption code for the reward I cashed in. Should have gotten a 15 dollar Amazon gift e card.

Had to work through their help menu but eventually I got the gift card.
