Incentive Marketing Group Deceptive Scheme to Steal Geneva Illinois
I was contacted by Jesse with US Travel Group about cruise specials that required only taxes to be paid. I purchased a cruise for two and was told that a packet would arrive by mail with my choices for destinations and dates.
An information packet and travel voucher #10019 dated December 13, 2009 arrived from Vacation Club, ** *. ********* ***. ***, *******, ** ******, with material from Incentive Marketing Group (IMG). I could never get my request for travel processed and continually attempted to contact US Travel Group, IMG, and Vacation Club. The phone numbers had changed or were no longer in service.
