I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a month now and have received no response.

I've met all the requirements to receive a 40GB I-pod and I sent in my voucher almost a month ago, I've emailed them probably 10 times, and have yet to hear back from them.

Does anyone have an actual phone number for this company? And has anyone actually received the promised reward?

I received my ipod!!!!!

Well, after a lot of contacting this company I finally received my ipod! It took about two months and I didn't get very good customer service, but I will admit when I'm wrong and I received it today new in the box sealed and everything- I guess these guys do come through with enough persistance, definitely contact the people I mentioned in my previous update.

It is now 1/22/04, and I finally received confirmation that they have processed my voucher and they say my ipod is on it's way in 2-3 weeks. If this is true and I do receive my ipod then I will update again. It seems that the company may just be irresponsible in thier handling of timeframes, and hopefully the ipod will eventually come.

Oh, thought I'd mention that the way I was finally able to get a response was by emailing Jilliane- the woman who has been cited previously by another reporter- here is her information again,
