Well unfortunately I signed up for the free 40G Ipod offer before I found this site.

I completed all my offers at one time.

At first I was pretty secure when just minutes after completing 1 of the offers Driving4Dollars it showed as completed. I took the $1.00 trial, which by the way they tried to charge a 1 month additional to my credit card even though I cancelled the account hours after the trial period started (Thank God I got a call from my credit card company who told me they denied it)

A few days later 3 more offers I completed showed up so far so good !!!

My status remained tha same never changing !!!

I started to worry so I started sending them emails asking what was going on, of course they went unanswered.

I started frantically doing searches on this company with ipod scam also in the rearch line & then my worries really kicked into high gear.

I found contact numbers here & I did get calls back right away. I spoke to a guy named Will & he asked me to fax the proof of all the offers completed & I did just that,in the fax I asked him to call & let me know he got the fax (I already had proof on my end he got it) never heard from Will again despite the numerous messages left.

I called & left several general messages in hopes anyone would return my call & eventually I got a call from Tina, I explained the Will situation & she asked what fax number I sent to & said oh we are not using that fax number anymore, we will be using a different numbsr but I can't give it ti you now. She said I would have to call at a later time & it would be given to me & I would again have to fax all this proof. I told her I had called the other merchants & they assured me that at the time the offer is completed & your credit card is charged they incentivereward are sent the info that you have completed that offer. So why then does it not show up, She gave me some lame excuse about how it has to be keyed in & how customer service can't do anything for several weeks, when they will have access to get into account & over ride info manually.

I feel this company knows exactly what they are doing. They feel if they leave account in limbo, you will begin to question whether you complted all the necesary offers & that you will then complete additional offers you did not have to which means more referral $$$$$ for them.

Why should it be the customers obligation to try & prove the offers they completed? They have the info & the know it !!!

Of course now they are no longer returning my calls so I will be forced to take the steps outlined here

In summation I do not think IRC was a rip off in my case. I did what I had to do to put pressure on them by contacting the proper authoroties. With IRC it seems only the squeeky wheels get the grease !!!!

I received email notification of this rebuttal & thought I was finally getting somewhere so
early this morning I took Holly up on this offer & guess what? Same drill left message specifically for Holly at phone number she listed & nothing yet. I am reall curious about the technical difficulty, is the problem with the website? the phone answering system? It would have been nice if she would have elaborated !!! Will keeop everyone updated

Tomorrow I will be sending the following to The Attorney Generals Office I suggest everybody else to not waste your time trying to get a response from this company !! Yes in the beginning you may get a call or two to draw you further in & boost your confidence in the legitimacy of this company.

On February 14th 2005 I clicked thru an email for a free 40G Ipod. I completed the 6 offers required of me all at one time that day. A couple weeks passed & listed on their fullfillment page under my email was only 4 offers showing as completed. I contacted said company thru email link on their web page & have never received a response to this day !! I called the phone number on the site & got a call back from Will & was asked to fax the proof for the offers not recorded, instead I went ahead & faxed the proof of all 6 offers to him, I have positive proof this fax went thru. I waited several days & the website still did not change to reflect properly all 6 offers showing as completed. Again I sent email to them from their site & again unanswered to this day. I called the phone number again & this time received a call back from Tina, she said that it would take time for all offers to show up as they had to be keyed in & there was nothing that could be done for a few more weeks then she could over ride into the system herself & fix it. I informed her that I had faxed the info to Will & she asked what numbsr it was faxed to & when I told her the number she said Oh we don't use that fax number anymore & you will probably have to refax all the info again to our new fax number, which I don't have at this time. I took her for her word in the meantime I personally contacted the merchants for the 2 offers that were not posting & asked them to please report the completed offers to incentive reward center, both merchants informed me that as soon as the purchase is made & charged to your credit card, they,incentive reward center have all the proof they need, so there is no need to resend the info but they would as a courtesy to me. I was also informed that all the orders go thru incentive reward centers own website so this whole waiting thing ia a sham,farce & a stall tactic in my opinion. It is now 6 weeks they say on their voice mail that they will return your call in 3-5 bussiness days I left messages at 2 different phone numbers on 3-11-05 3-17 3-18 3-21 3-22 3-23 & 3-28 they no longer will return my phone calls
