Same as most other reports, completed all six offers in a few days, took 10 days for them to actually get reported and thankfully, got credit for all. Printed out the Gift Redemption Voucher complete with all necessary IDs and sent it in.

Been weeks and have not received anything, attempted to contact customer service 3 times (i mean, they say they will return your questions in a few days, that sounds legit right? hahah) and called, have not gotten any type of reply.

Waiting for a shipping confirmation or some type of confirmation that they recieved my voucher. There is a 90 Day cap on this, i am just forseeing being told that the time is up and they "never got my voucher."

Will update as changes occur, so far nada.

Previously i was told by that helpful customer service agent to be patient, their "processing and claims department" could sometimes take up to 8 months to finally confirm and ship your gift.

Well, we're pushing 10 now and still nothing has happened, same screen every time i login (at least i can still do that, from what i hear its usually easier for them to just shut your account down then actually deal with you) and trying to call customer service ... again.

This is starting to get annoying, if something doesn't happen soon i'm about to take the advice of all those before me and just file with the BBB and start going for legal action, that at least seems to motivate them.

We'll see....

Not more than a day after posting this message, I was contacted by a customer service rep who explained some things to me.

First off, there was a computer glitch which cause some stuff to be reported wrong (lost) and some info to be lost, but that should be fixed by now.

Second, after getting the redemption voucher and mailing it in, be patient as it takes a pretty long while for them to process it (supposedly they get a ton of these things every day), i was told up to 8 weeks.

The login screen will change when you have been processed, letting you know when they ship your "prize". When that happens, expect 4-6 weeks for delivery.

That was all i got, hopefully i can report back when the "gift" comes in and turn this into a better post than it started out to be.

You will receive your gift, just be patient

I went through the same process--applied for 6 of the applicable offers and then waited and waited and waited. I sent several e-mail but I also did not get any response from them. Finally, last week, probably about 2 months after I initially applied, I received my gift card. It's exactly what they said it would be and for the amount they said it would be. I haven't tried using it yet but the number I call to check the balance says what it should.
