Inches-a-weigh False Advertisment, waste of money, the worst customer service Idaho falls Idaho
This company had a special saying that you can come in a check it out for free! Total Lie, once your there you cant leave until you are signed up! Once you signed up you are suposit to be able to cansel with in the first 24 hours, but when you call they send you over to the main office so you can cansel. Then the custmer service is worse, when you tell that you want to cansel your service they said that person is out of the office.
Two months later you get a bill for 2000.00 nice, then if you called agian they said that they would handle it.
The 2 More months you get another letter for 4000.00, no help from the main office they just kept passing the buck! Then the last straw is they sent it to collections! ONE Visit 4000.00 Not Worth The Time! The Worst Company!!!
