Complaint Review: Income Easy Street

3 day trial offer for $1.00 to review a way to make money, supposedly as seen on TV at NBC, ABC, MSN. etc.  After ordering trial and reviewing, it was cancelled about one hour after ordering.  Since my order had not "gotten into the system" yet, the customer service rep said that she would watch for it and cancel it upon receiving it.  Foolish me did not write down reps name or get an confirmation number.  Ordered on 24th and called on 27th to make sure cancellation had gone through and surprise!?..it had not.  Proceeded to cancel since 27th would have been 3rd day and surprise again?! they count 24th as the first day.  If I could prove I had made the call when I said I did they would refund me the $129 that was charged for not cancelling by the third day.    That is my next step, but I am not hopeful, as the 800 number showing on my cell phone that I called, is not found at any of their websites.  We shall see, but buyer beware of these trial offers, the catch often bites real hard (in the pocketbook!) Do your research first!
