My husband and I ordered the $1.95 Google Income Club. While it sounded too good to be true, we tried it anyway. Instead of sitting on the computer to read their information, I copied and pasted it on word document. When I tried to go to their members area to look something up, it asked me for a username and password. They never gave me one or told me that I needed one. I first e-mailed them and after 2 hours of no response, I called their customer support 1-800. The first time I called, I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally had to hang up. Later, I tried to call them again and this time got through to a man named Rainier (who didn't speak any english and was very hard to understand). He gave me the username and password which didn't work. I than looked them up on Google search engine and found a whole lot of articles about them accusing them of fraud and what not. I than got back on the phone with their customer support. To my surprise, the same person answered the phone. When I told him that I wanted to make sure our credit card would not be charged the $49+ he told me that it was their policy to charge our credit card and there was nothing they could do. I told him that I would like to please talk to his superviser about this. He refused to put him/her on the line and told me there was nothing he can help me with. I told him to cancel all charges on my credit card now and to give me a confirmation # as well as speak to his supervisor. He put me on hold and came back on the line telling me he cancelled our credit card and refunded my $49. I got a confirmation # but am still not sure if it was really cancelled or not. Will try to call their 1-800 again and see what they say this time and if the same person answers the phone or not.
