Watch out for Income Strategies Institute (ISI). Think twice before parting your hard earn money to ISI.

First they get you go to a free seminar. Then the "inexpensive" 3 day workshop, from which you basically learn nothing. The 3 day workshop is basically a sales pitch for getting attendees to sign up for their more expensive classes (each costs thousands of $). They would like you to sign up for all classes for $30,000. They show you about foreclosure/pre-foreclosures, forex, etc. They tell you they have network of Real Estate Professional, lawyers, lenders that they can set up for you. In reality, they don't do that. They tell you the Advance Real Estate Class is one-on-one coaching for 1 year. When the coaching started, the coach told you the coaching was only for 5 sessions and not 1 year. ISI contract the coaching to a coaching company. This coaching company basically would try to get you in a deal they have going within the 5 phone coaching sessions. By the way, they only give you 3 day to cancel any of their classes. However, for the one-on-one coaching, the coach didn't not contact you at least 3 to 4 days later to set up an appointment for the following week. Hence, you would never be able to cancel within 3 days because you wouldn't find out until the first coaching class that the coaching was not going to be for 1 year and the coach would not teach you pre-foreclosure. It's a BIG trap! Signing up with ISI's Advance Real Estate class is basically a waste of money (thousands $$)

If any one else has problem with ISI, I suggest you file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Utah Attorney General's office and Utah Better Business Bureau. The more people complaint, the government agencies would realize there is a real problem with Income Strategies Institute. I hope all these government agencies would investigate on ISI and stop them on preying on innocent consumers.

DISCONCERTING OBSERVATION

My personal experience has been so contrary that it is difficult not to have sympathy for the individual having this claim. With information and advice from ISI, my financial growth has been awesome.

Last week (last of July 07) was reported to be the worst in the market in five years. Not for the Yen or those who took a quick look and got on the right side or the market. These are skills I garnered from the relaitionship I have built with ISI staff.

The information ISI presented could have been gleaned from several sources. I could have bought books and tapes and paid more than I paid ISI. The ISI staff grows and the environment changes. Because they are experiencing this, they bring more to the table each training session. That said, I am sure that I could have done worse.

The increased income stream I have experienced is due to my efforts. My heart goes out to anyone that cannot ask "How can I make this work for me?"

The answer to that question is real to me. Within four months of attending the ISI seminar and starting the classes my net worth increased a half million dollars. The ones I have shared the strategies with has done as well. Furthermore, my income is still going up as I implement strategies that are being introduced.

Not everything has came off exactly as suggested, but then, one size does not fit all. The onus is with me. The best thing anyone can do when things don't work is ask "How can I make things work for me?" The way you answer is worth a fortune.

God blesses -- get in the way!
