Incomm.com One Vanilla Prepaid Card ticket # 1041794 $497.00 taken from my card and purchased to str8dope out of Florida Fortson Georgia
Purchased a prepaid One Vanilla card. Loaded $500.00 on the card. The next day went to use it at Walmart and had innsufficient funds. Yep there had been a charge on my card for $495! A charge that I had not made. SO I call the number on the back of the card, one lady told me that i would have to call the place where the purchase had been made, and ask for my money back? She gave me the name and number of a place out of Florida, the purchaser was str8dope, if that rings a bell to anyone. So i call the place, funny when i called 4 times nobody answered the phone, But when I blocked my number before calling again they answered. I told them someone had made a purchase using my card. And i needed my money back. The lady told me she did not know what I wa talking about. He told me that people do stuff like this and give a fake number. And that is how I got their number. So i called 1 vanilla back they emailed me the dispute form. I filled it out. Now they have till the 3rd of July to investigate my dispute. And so here I am waiting and worrying if Im gonna get my money back or not. I hadnt even registered the card yet. How was it so easy for them to use my card?
