This company claims to use CCBILL or NETBILL as there subscription billing companies, but in fact they use their own VISA merchant account for billing, and in my case they billed me twice. It was then that I learned that they don't have any staff available to answer the customer service phone or answer their posted help email addresses. help@incrediblepass.com So if you have a problem, you're stuck with the billing and the subscription with no way out except to cancel your card and alert the bank. Which is what I did. I filed a fraud billing report with the Federal Trade Commission as well.
