This porn site was joined by my 16 year old step son, using my card. I saw the charge the same night that he had signed up for it. I went to the site, and saw that he had signed up for a three-day trial. I cancelled membership. The company states that if the membership is cancelled within the three day period, there will be no billing. However, my card was billed less than ten minutes after he had signed up. All attempts at contact have been fruitless. While I *have* been able to contact support people at the phone number given, they simply pass me off, and promise that things will be refunded if I email them. I do so, with no response. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, I am told there is "no supervisor available."

This company actively engages in fraud. Period, end of story.
