IncrediMail.com Can't receive attachment emails and no technical support Internet

I paid for the Incredimail Email program and found out later that at least 1/2 of the Emails with attachments that I received would be in a unreadable MIME format. I couldn't even make out who sent them unless the sender told me they were sent. I tried for 3 years to get the problem fixed. All the help I would get were prewritten forms asking for the same thing each time. I would fill out the form doing what they ask and never here from them again. I ask for a refund and never got an answer. I don't think they even have technical help. It is a Mickey Mouse setup in my opinion.
