Incredimail, while in the past was a good program, then I purchased premium. Of late they have an almost mandatory update that appears Xe that downloads a .dll file that is apparently spyware of sorts. Program crashes system and causes lost of contact information. Unable to access from program company help. Responses have come slowly but never answer the technical questions and/or refund questions due to inability to use. The program cannot be eliminated, not even with remove or norton remove programs in entirety. The .dll file remains, consequently, either registry reprogramming or in my case had to completely reformat hard drive to remove. Appears that others are experiencing same problems.

I am not using the free version, of which paid version does not provide much more if any additional utility. Major upgrade is the VIP support which includes all your computer information in the email to complain about issues or problems.

I think if the spyware is removed from their system and making the matchmaking software an option rather than the norm would be great or just refund my monies.
