Incredimail Debted my credit card for a program that I have not received Internet
I applied for the incredimail premium package on the 27th of July. Just shortly after I entered my credit card # I received a response saying that they had to contact the company to receive an approval and it would take less than 24 hours to get all of this done.
I have sent numerous amounts of email trying to find out what is going on. They have deducted the amount from my credit card but I have yet to receive my product.
There are no telephone numbers to call to resolve the issue and it is obvious they do not respond to their emails.
I really like the incredimail program, I just want what I ordered or to be reimbursed on my credit card if the other program is unavailable.
