The Incredimail email client... you know, that piece of software that displays all those animated smiley faces in your email, etc., among other "flashy" features... well, the PREMIUM version (yes, the one you PAY 24.95 or more for) includes NO spam or junk folder. After you buy, you are told that you must pay close to $40 more for the spam client that goes along with it. This company is RIPOFF CITY! In addition, they place a toolbar on your browser, for which they do not disclose where the file goes on your computer, thus making it difficult to take it off. When contacting the company about the spam issue, they give you a roundabout way of dealing with it, hardly something you would expect from an email client that you pay for. All the free services out there have a spam/junk folder, but not this premium service! In response to the toolbar issue, they simply respond by saying that you can hide it by adjusting settings in your browser but do not offer a way to delete it from your computer. This is about the sneakiest corporation that one could ask to do business with on the Web. Furthermore, if you still decide to purchase this piece of junk, consider yourself very luck if you are able to get the various functions to operate as promised. In short, forget it!
