Incredimail ripoff Internet
May 09, 2003 I purchased Incredimail Premium online. A web page came up telling me my order number and promising further information "shortly". Nothing happened.
I tried emailing the addresses they provide if problems should occur. Since I did not receive my registration code, I emailed them.My email bounced back with a message stating that it is rejected as "spam". This happens to all emails at both provided address.
No contact phone numbers are provided. They've made themselves unreachable. On reading other reports you have, I see I'm not alone. How can they be stopped? If you want a dead-sure way to be ripped off, try buying Incredimail Premium and see what happens.

I WORK FOR A BUSY COMPANY THAT DOES INTERNET SALES. WE DO QUITE WELL, EXCEPT HALF THE TIME NO ONE GETS MY EMAILS AND I DONT GET THEIRS.
ALSO, WHEN I DO GET THEM AND TRY TO READ THEM , ONCE AND A WHILE, FOR NO APPARENT REASON, MY INCREDIMAIL DECIDES IT DOESNT LOVE ME ANYMORE AND SHUTS DOWN.
I GO TO THE ACCOUNTS OPTIONS TO ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ERROR AND IT CLOSES DOWN... LIKE IT KNOWS THAT I'M TRYING TO GIVE IT A SPANKING.
IF YOU OWN A BUISINESS OR HAVE A LIFE THAT REQUIRES HEAVY AND DEPENDABLE EMAIL USE DO NOT USE INCREDIMAIL....
I HAVE ONE OF THE NICEST COMPUTERS MONEY CAN BUY AND EMAILS ARE A MIGRANE HEADACHE.
ALSO YOU CANT CONTACT THEM UNLESS YOU PAY THEM. NICE.... REAL NICE.... IN THE WORDS OF OZZY , "PISSS OFF"
