Received a letter from the Netherlands advising I had won $2,500,000.00 and all I had to do was sign this paper and send $20.00 . It would be delivered to my door . This letter was from a Adrian Sigminton with his congratulations. Well , having been ripped off by several scammers before I decided to check the internet . I could not find anything on this IND Prize Bureau only scams by prize bureaus . So ,I decided not to waste my 20 dollars but, to warn other people about this and maybe get this guy at this address ???
