i received this letter and the check as of june 18th 2007. in the sum of 3,165.15 .i had called the phone #in the leter several times which is a fraudulent phone # a woman comes on and says thank you and thats the end of the call .i had called the bank which is located in delaware informed me that 10 other people tried to cash the check .today.and the checks are fraudulent and a scam .a fact .this needs to come out in the news and a investigation to catch the scammers that are doing this horrible thing ,this is a criminal offence and need to be caught.

The sprinkling of Brit Spellings seem odd for a US company. Maybe it is a Canadian Subsidiary......

I get the sense you did not try to claim your winnings.....

Is their 888 # toll free? If so you could give it a workout or three. Just hit *67 before you dial.

You could suggest they pull the fees out of the winnings & save the cost of their first check.....
