Complaint Review: Independence university

Independence university is charging me over $20000 for a program they told me would only be $4000. I’ve tried talking to everyone and anyone and nobody has gotten back to me and it’s pissing me off. My credit has dropped ridiculously because they approved to loans that I knew nothing about. I was told I was eligible for a grant and assistance but the amounts have not changed. I get billed every month for $600 and I specially told them I am not working at the moment. That is the only reason I signed up because they said they would work with me especially since I don’t have a job. I hate this school and it’s outdated material. The laptop and tablet suck and are slow. Something needs to be done about this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else!
