I was charged double what I was quoted on the phone- the price went from @$2100 to @ $4000. Extraordinarily rude customer service if you can ever ever ever get a hold of them, and conveniently, the rep who sold me the deal "no longer worked there" just a week later, when they were questions about what I was going to be charged.  I was told if I didn't pay my full bill, and in cash, I wouldn't get my items. Things are a month later than what they say which wouldn't be a problem if they told you upfront. Literally my coat was doubled and when I talked about it and wanted a rational discussion I had an incredibly rude man on the other line.

I waited eight hours for finap deivery, which came when it was pitch balco on a Saturday night.  I was never told that I'd have to make two business days available, the movers canceled, my things were put into a warehouse which I was also never told about, while they sat for a month I didn't get to me.

these were all the items from my mothers house who had just died during Covid - 19. Not one ounce of humanity in the entire interaction from start to finish.

Have there been an ounce of integrity and honesty from the start I might've considered using them. It's a nationwide problem with many of the movers.



Make sure to check your contract, they will double charged with a quote and the charges will be for nothing it's just a big lie to hook you in it. It's called bait and switch and it's an old and very illegal tactic. This is an extraordinarily negative experience to have around my mothers death and I would never use or recommend this company.
