Independent National Bank ripoff froze my checking account after a large deposit, will not let me access funds Ocala Florida

I deposited a retirement check from PriAmerica for $9,350 On October 12, 2004 into my checking accout and the bank froze my account saying the check had a bad routing number and did not match any routing number for any bank in the US.

I called my representative for PriAmerica and he assured me the check was good and was written on Citibank. He then called the bank Assistant Manager, Kathryn Shaw to see why they were telling people their checks were no good. She denied ever telling me that.

My representative had PriAmerica then fax him a copiy of the cancelled and cleared check which he in turn faxed to me. I faxed this same copy to Kathryn Shaw with a note asking her to unfreeze my account as the check had cleared on October 14... this was done on October 19th.

Today is November 2, 2004. I still can't access my funds. My debit card has been denied at thr grocery store, the gas pumps and other local stores I have tried to use it.
I have several automatic deductions that take place in this acount and I have already heard fronm a few of them.They have charged me over $500 in NSF fees which I do not owe. They say they will reimburse them but that has not happened yet. When I call there, no one is available to talk to me.
