Complaint Review: India Handicrafts

India Handicrafts imported an ocean container and we supplied trucking services to their business. They held the container past the alotted free time which resulted in chassis and container per diem charges totaling $1,390.00.

Since December of 2006, I have spoken to Kapil and his secretary on several occassions. He has asked for the invoice to be re-sent more than once. Then I was told to speak with a man named Raj who of course was not there. I have been told more than once that he was going to pay it. Kapil said he mailed the check on 3-26-07 and nothing has been received even though I am only miles away from him.
