Complaint Review: Indian hair exports

I ordered hair from indianhairexports.co.in over 2 months ago.  After I sent the money I heard nothing else except when I asked them if they were stealing from me.  They were very defensive and mean and kept delaying the product delivery.  

Almost a month later I received the hair and it was the complete wrong order.  The hair was not what I ordered at all.  I emailed the company and they said oh well.  They did not want to correct they're mistake or accommodate me at the least!  

2weeks later syed Ali emailed me telling me to send the product back he would send the correct hair.  It is now a month later and still No hair.  Syed Ali promised he would send the product Monday July 15,2013, and that didn't happen.

I was told pictures would be sent by email of finished product.  As well as an email letting me know he sent the product, but of course he didn't and I emailAlina's asked for a refund and he said "no refunds".  And refused to email back about when they would  send the product.  They are very inconsistent.

I kept 3 pieces of hair to sample out of the original product that looked ok and I had a customer demand her money back.  The hair is no good.  And I did the lighter test and its not human hair.  I no longer  want the product because I told them I was reporting them and I know they are going to repeat sending me a bad product that is completely wrong.  I just want my 763.00 back.

I can't do business with this company, they are rude, heartless, dishonest thieves.  They like to wear the customer down so they just say "forget it", and they take your money for free, and send nothing or trash.  This hair looks like fallen dog hair.  Don't ever order from this company please!!!  Communication is non existant, so poor.  They seriously lack communication skills.
