 Hello all, ladies mainly, in the hair business. I regret that I have to go through this channel but because I've been scammed off my earned money I have no choice. I live in west Africa and started my hair business last year and I ordered only from China but recently decided to try India. That's where I met Mr. Sanjeev Katoch who scammed me by sending me fake hair that tangle after a day instead of unprocessed hair like we discussed. I've been emailing him and Whatsapping but he's been very flippant in his responses and rude towards me whilst refusing to refund or send me a replacement. He's stopped responding to my emails also. Ladies, please be careful while ordering from these thieves parading as supplier.

Nothing pains more than to read and reply to uncalled for name calling and character assassination.

 

1. Return for replacement or refund are policies every manufacturer offers. At least we strictly do. Have been doing for decades where ever and whenever it has been requested.

2. Asking about chemical use on hair is trying to get to the root cause of the problem. What is wrong in it? Hard water leaves residue on hair. It is a reality in Asia and Africa. Many Europeans and Americans who have worn hair in swimming pool know it.  Because of this hair can matt, tangle, become dry and rough. If hard water was the case I would have advised remedy.

3. Rest of her write up is not true.
On every occasion it was that she will keep the used and send me unused. Be it pity or otherwise but it was the case.
Although we also DO REPAIR / REPLACE THE USED

 This man and who ever he works with is a liar. Not once did he tell me about refund policy. But in all honesty I didn't ask because I was reeled in and I trusted him stupidly as naive as that sounds. On occasions I sent him messages telling him about my customers complaints but all he said was I live in Africa and the products I used probably contained chemicals or the water in "My COUNTRY " is hard so he's not to be blame. On countless occasions I texted him frustrated because not only was I loosing customers trust I was also loosing my hard earned money. We spoke about sending a hair that I complained about but because I had only revive two complaints from customers I told him it was fine and didn't think I would send it because everyone makes mistakes. We all know how hard it is to gather 100% human hair so I took pity on him. But after about 6 customers called and told me about the hair I was infuriated! I told him that he should change the hair but shockingly he told me to send unused hair which is simply impossible. Because the customer actually used he hair for few day before noticing the tangles and shedding. We went back and forth on this subject but he adamantly refused to hold a conversation with me, because he claimed he was busy. This painful experience had me stressed and distressed for day so I decided to take this platform to warn others out there. Please do not be naive like I was. Do not allow this thief parading as a supplier steal your hard earned money. Learn from my plight! Contact me if you need any info on him or his company i have so many pics of the hair that was sent to me from my customers. And it's in terrible shape. It is not unprocessed hair nor it is human hair. Beware they reel you in and build a relationship with you before they f*** you over ! Learn from my mistake.

 It is true that the reporter had placed a hair order with us. It is also true that she had paid for the order. It too is true that we supplied the hair as ordered. However it is not true that we supplied anything other than genuine human hair. All hair are true human hair. Another truth is that we supplied the hair with our 100 percent replacement and refund policy. For replacement any hair supplied can be returned ( even partially used ) for replacement. For refund the hair must be returned unused to us. Refund will take 7 to 12 business days In this particular case I had on every occasion asked the buyer to return. Since the hair were used I committed to replacement. But in stead of returning used and unused hair she has only been calling names and threatening with complaints here and elsewhere on net. It is important to note that I never stopped responding. Although many times I just felt distress at the site of her mail or whatsapp because of the recurring threats and name calling. But I went on and opened her email. Read. Felt pain. But replied each and every email and replied each and every whatsapp message. My last communication was replying to her mail that I will call you later at night... as I was busy with the days's shipments. But this report came up by then Where am I wrong To all readers I ask . You have purchased online and have purchased from shops as well. How many sellers agree to replace the used hair. I Do. Then why should I be made to suffer. Can anyone be asked to refund without receiving the used or unused goods. You buyers give us livelihood, our daily bread. Been making hair for decades now. Stayed in business for so long because of our ethics and good service and good hair. To the reporter I say that we can keep reporting and re reporting or you can pick up the hair and send them back. You will within a couple weeks receive tracking number of replacement ( for the amount of hair returned ) Follow our replacement and refund policy. most buyer like our easy and no frills replacement policy and because of this do repeated orders with us. We have simple but rationalet rule of replacement Return hair used or unused within 1 week. Receive replacement tracking number of replacement within a couple of weeks of receipt of hair supplied. For refund the hair should be returned unused within 1 week of receipt.
