I purchased hair that appeared to be beautiful, and within hours it was tangled and matted, requiring constant brushing. Not what I was looking for. Not only am I out of the money for the hair but the hundreds of dollars I spent having it put in my hair.
When I called to complain they told me I was using to much product which is laughable since there was no product in the hair. Who uses product for new hair? Only amatuers which I am not. I will never buy hair from them again, and advise you to save your coins, so not worth it, now I have to purchase new hair & pay my stylist again...... to style and apply all over.
