Complaint Review: Indian Mermaid Hair Xtention

This company got me for over $2600, they clam to sale raw hair, the hair was in no way raw. I placed my order for Raw Natural Wavy, and Natural Raw, I asked her if she could send me photos of the hair before shipping, she said because it’s raw she couldn’t guarantee the curly Textures they will be some what differen. So I understood no big deal, the order also was supposed to come with 10 free bundles for first time orders. So I received the hair 60 bundles, no 10 free bundles, after a visual, feel and smell of the hair, the hair looked nothing like the hair on her website  the Raw Natural wave looked like a regular processed body wavy all identical and my natural curly hair looked like a processed deep wave,

the hair was stiff and hard to run my fingers through, so I cold washed the hair that made it softer but I could tell this hair was overly steam processed. The hair tangled as I installed it and I had to continually detangle this hair all day, that tells me this hair is not cuticle directed, truthfully I would prefer aliexpress hair over this hair, when I contacted her she did finally respond and said I should do a lite shampoo and condition in warm water, that should help, I did not bother I told her it was supposed to be raw hair I shouldn’t have to prep it, she stopped responding, so now I’m stuck with hair I would give away and at a loss of $2600, I did see 2 more bad reviews after I purchased. So read reviews and don’t trust a company that don’t use PayPal or western Union.
