In june 2012 I've been scammed by Jay Warsinske ,real name James Arthur Warsinske owner of www.indiepower.com . I paid $1400,- for musicpromotion I never received! After my payment Jay Warsinske never responded to my messages. I'm from Holland,the Netherlands. I paid through western union.

There's nothing good and honest about James Arthur Warsinske and his company www.indiepower.com. He's a liar,a fake and a fraude disgusting!
After my payment i NEVER heard from him again,there NEVER was a campaign!
I'm telling the truth,do not trust this man and Indiepower!

It's a shame desperate people try desperate measures! We have been in business for 40+ years, have an 'A' Rating with the Better Business Bureau & a stellar reputation as a Real Hard Working & Honest Promotion Team Across the Industry!
But this artist ran a very small campaign over 5 years ago and frankly the DJs & Journalists didn't like her music. We did EVERYTHING we contracted to do, we gave her the Reports & explained to her that we can't 'guarantee' everyone will like your music - impossible to do so! We did the work, but wanted her 'money back', even though our terms clearly state we can not guarantee rave reviews, acceptance or approval by all radio / DJs pitched, or that people will love the music, & can't stop or refund a campaign that has already run. Common sense.
But she makes this UNTRUE and UNFOUND claim that 'we scam artists'. That is SLANDER and a desperate attempt from a desperate person to EXTORT us or try to harm us.
We have thousands of clients over 40+ years, repeat customers coming back to us, time & time again, because how GOOD & HONEST we are, but she makes a desperate & unfair statement. If we were not good pople, we'd have hundreds of complaints, suits & problems.
WE HAVE NONE! We are 100% Real, Honest & Growing EVERY DAY! That's THE TRUTH!
