Individual FRAUDULENT PRACTICES, NETSPEND IS STEALING MY MONEY, NETSPEND IS UNPROFESSIONAL Internet

        I went to a car dealership to purchase an automobile on April 11, 2013 and I swiped my netspend card there for the amount of $1,100.00 and  was to come back April 26 with the remaining $400.00 to purchase the automobile. At the time of sale I realized I wanted a refund and My car was swiped by the Card salesman to put the funds back on my mastercard netspend. I received my receipts for both transactions. Netspend Corporation is telling me the money was never refunded to my account. I have receipts for the transactions. Netspend is supposed to be investigating where the money is. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and I feel now I have no other alternative than to contact an attorney. Here it is June 1, 2013 and no funds have been returned to me. I am trying to wait until July 1, 2013 to see what the resolution will be. All I want is my Money and I am done with Netspend.
