I ordered the LeadX encapsulant product  from Industrial Nanotech Inc. 7-8 months ago.  After 6 months zero products shipped, zero money refunded when requested.  I feel they have Zero real products to sell.   I paid for my products online with a credit card and was charged immediatly  but it was out of stock because they claimed a huge order just went out, they offered to refund my money only after I challenged why my card had been charged when they knew it was backordered. I received a credit memo email, after 9 calls and months of telling me it would be processed,  nothing ever was.  I called again then they stated my credit card couldn't be processed for a refund (said it was declined), they couldn't send me a paper check blablaba reasons, reported the transaction to my credit card company then all the sudden a check shows up from them and 4 days later and it bounces. Wells Fargo stated the account was not valid. Someone called from there office stating it was printed on the wrong checks (account). Right!!!

I'm done.....All the makings of a scam I feel (A product that is too good to be true usually is) None of the listed references on there site would respond back about ever using there products or that it really existed. The awards they claim to have won at the bottom of the page don't appear to be be linked to real awards.

With a little digging I found that this company is an OTC Penny stock company trading under INTK ticker, they offer 15 billion shares of stock and offer no financials to the SEC. The SEC website warns about the risk of investing in OTC companies. If "a" company turns out to be a scam their goal is to get a run on the stock to which likely the owner holds most of the shares and then dumps it as soon as it value jumps. Its called a Pump and Dump, basically "a" scam company markets the heck out of its great new bogus product or research, trys to get press releases etc.... when in reality its just a few people in a office with a few computers, phone and internet connection that don't really sell anything but a fake idea. If they do get a big market upswing, the market settles and they cash out, the scammers are off to another boiler room to do it again.  Looking at there stock its looks like the end is near.  marketwatch.com/investing/stock/intk

So is this a valid company that is just run really poorly or a scam OTC penny stock. They can't seem to do the simple basics like put the product in the box and call UPS? You can decide for yourself.  Google complaints on Industrial Nanotech and you will find my complaint is the same as others.

I can say this is the first time I have been ripped off online, others had thousands not refunded per their complaints on the BBB sites. I'm going to drop the SEC a complaint about this company, I hope they follow up on it and check to see if the office really is there.
