I was approached by a "So Called" talent scout for Industry Model Management a few weeks ago and he invited me in to come into their office in Chicago. I was a bit skeptical because I am only 4'10 and I never considered myself Model Material but the scout reassured me they were looking for "My Type". So I went in and met with their Talent rep and he went into this big speech about having all these partners in all these different countries. But when I asked him for specific names he came up with all these different excuses on why he can't tell me. If you're going brag about working in all these different countries but can't give me one name then you must be a scam!!!

Next when I asked him about my height restrictions, he said that my height is nothing to worry about. He said that I have such a pretty face that his clients won't mind about my height. It sounded like such a pick up line, but the sad part was we weren't at a bar. I was in disbelief that he said my height didn't matter because I have been to a few other REPUTABLE agencies and they told me I was too short.

Finally after I spent almost 45 minutes wasting my time with them the truth came out. He said in order for me to work with them I had to give them $600 so I could pay to work with them. It would get me comp cards that they absolutely needed for me to be with their management company. I have always heard that if a company wants you to work with them they will take care of the cards. Also, if they didn't take care of the cost you should be able to pick where you wanted to get the comp cards made. NOT THE CASE HERE. They said I had to use their photographer and their comp cards and I had to pay them $600 if I wanted to work with them. This to me was outrageuos. He then said he could gaurentee me several jobs and that I would make my money back tenfold. But all I had to do was give him my credit card number.

THE BOTTOM LINE IS THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A HUGE SCAM. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR LIES AND DECIEPT. THEY PREY ON PEOPLES EMOTIONS AND THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I'M NOT WORRIED BECAUSE THESE SCAMSTERS WILL BE CAUGHT AND SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE THE LOWEST SCUM OF THIS EARTH AND TAKE MY ADVICE STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM INDUSTRY MODEL MANAGEMENT!!!!
