Complaint Review: Indy Flight Academy & Watersports

This business is a fraud. I purchased a gift certificate directly from the company in December 2013 after seeing a special on Groupon. I have been calling and emailing for several months trying to redeem the gift certificate and have received no response to any of my voice messages and emails. The website for the company is now shut down and there is no business at their physical address. The other businesses around the address say that people regularly show up looking for the business with no luck. These businesses also state that occasionally there are people that show up on Sunday for about 2 hours and do the flyboard in the lake. They say that the people doing this gather in the public parking lot and do not own a business there. They also say that the people are riding the flyboards dangerously close to the shores and the dock. I wish I could track them down to demand my money back!
