Indycashflowexpert.com Jaime Perkins Got Scammed Bigtime by this Shyster Internet
I got ripped off big time by Jaime Perkins, of Indycashflowexpert.com.
Took $35,0000 of my savings to represent me in the purchase of a rentable, rehabbed property in Ohio. Gave me a bogus deed.
When I tried to sell the property, I found out I never owned it. Money is gone, and I have no recourse but feel totally screwed by this guy.
Stay Away from this character!!!!!

This is a complete Hoax. I have never sold a property in Ohio. Also, I have only sold properties thru a Title company so it is done legally. If this were a true report the author would know that Indy Cashflow Expert is not a company and has never sold property or does it list property for sale. I would love to see proof of this transaction.
I do not represent people in real estate. I sell as-is properties and always us a title company to close.
