The Federal Government bailed out Indy Mac Bank. Now One West Bank a division of Indy Mac Mortgages holds my mortgage. I have been trying to get a modification for several years. Kept getting denied, denied, and denied again!!! During the process I would submit paper work. They would loose the paperwork, I would have to resubmit several times over. Only to get denied!! After several times being denied. Of course the start to foreclose on my home.  I have to file Bankruptcy in hopes of keeping my home.  Hope about the started to foreclose on my home right while I was undergoing Prostate Cancer Surgery.A sale date was given 3 days after my prostate cancer surgery. I had to get out and try to save my home while sick. The only solution I had known of at the time was to file for bankruptcy after being denied the modification.

I had gotten behind because of loss of job. Then started a new business in the automobile industry. The automobile industry failed. Then so did I again. Contacted Indy Mac requested modification. They denied me. After filing of Bankruptcy in hopes to keep my home. I could not afford the Bankruptcy payment because I still owed the full monthly amount of my mortgage. I was kicked out of bankruptcy.

Foreclosure proceedings started again right when I thought I was in negotiating for a modification. One West kept telling me they had stated but it wasn't true. They had no intentions of giving me a modification.  They never informed me of any other options available to me other than a short sale of my home and I had only about 2 months for the short sale. Still there is a sale date for the foreclosure.  They have not granted me enough time for a short sale.  Not to mention that the papers filed as the deed of trust does not list them as my mortgage holder.  I need help where can I get the help to file a lawsuit. Are there any class action law suits for Indy Mac Bank now One West. Where is my bailout. They will not grant what I thought was the President Obama HAMP bill.

After being charged excessive fees, insurances, excessive padding. They won't help with extending time for a short sale, modification, nothing. Take your stuff and go. I'm being screwed yet again. Can anyone tell what else can I do before my sale date in 45 days.
