He has burned so many people in the process that legal action has been taken against him. He tried to defame, a veteran who was married to a veteran who passed away last year,while trying to obtain a goverment contract.
THERE IS AN ACTIVE RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST MR GARCIA AS WE SPEAK due to the fact he couldn't control his temper and assaulted his live in girlfriend on many occasions.....check it out of Muscogee County Georgia...
Mr Garcia owes an ex employee over 30k in back payand that employee has filed a lawsuit against him for the back pay and is suing him and his co conspirators in the slander,and liable that was committed on Facebook in the month of March of this year..this man should be jailed..he takes orders for radios and sometimes they never show up..
Multiple security companies are filing suit against him for the recklessness he has displayed with his radio company...uts only a matter of time and he will be exposed for who and what he really is..a lying con man who needs to be taken down..as an investigative reporter,I will continue to make posts on this investigation....shame on you...

Our black neighbors had no right to follow us or had their son block us. I have recorded it on my cell phone! His mother didn't like it what so ever! Well too bad they had no right to follow us. He had no right to slap my phone out of my hand. But they lied to the police about it & they believed their side of course. Like they did ashley and chaz hawthorne!
It was because of ashley and chaz hawthorne why they were harassing us in the first place. You have every right to scream back when someone screams at you! If you don't want to be recorded don't harass or assault people! But black people can't read in between the lines. The police are being predjuice against us also!
Nobody has a right to assault nobody! But everyone thinks they don't have to respect me as a human being.

They had their son following us & blocking us. And all I did was record his vehicle & she went into a fit of rage almost getting out of her car running back towards me telling me to stop filming her son & of course acting like I was doing something to them because they were black. I yelled back at her which she yelled at me first.
They were making the other drivers think that I was bothering them. But it was them who was harassing & verbally assaulting me first following us * having their son block us from passing them. Then her husband got out ran back to the back of our car hitting my cell phone out of my hand & tell me I was a dead man.
We have every right to come & go from our house just like they do! But my cell phone was still recording even after he slapped it out of my hand. This is an outrage because this was an unprovoked attack! It was a hate crime because I was WHITE!
I have evidence of my hate crime attack recorded on my cell phone. But they lied to the police saying we instigated it & the phenix city police believed their lies! The police didn't want to look at my video to prove my innocent because they are not fair or transparent. If it is a black and white issue. The police department sends black officers. When you're being harassed by your black neighbors unjustly.
They don't have no right to bother anyone. Who doesn't bother them. But I recorded her & him getting out of their car & from the very beginning when they followed us. But I will just be labelled a racist. But they are the prejudice ones.
The assault was a hate crime because I was white & they hated me that I was white! But deadly force if I chose to fight back would had been justified. It wouldn't be a hate crime or murder on my part.. He was trying to hurt me. My black neighbor.
But in phenix city I would had been charged with murder and a hate crime. Even though I have it on video that I did nothing to them & they started the whole thing. I have all this anger & pint up rage in me still from the incident. Even though this was in 2018.
This is why Trump will win reelected. White people are tired of being assaulted & abused! I know I have! So I will vote for Trump!

The Auburn police said they couldn't file attempted murder charges against black women in Auburn Al. Because she must have intentions to kill them before they could charge her with criminal intent. No, because she would throw fits & whine it was because of her being black.
She shot at the police and got away with it. The police of full of it for what they said. She had to have the intent to kill them. This is why people hate the police. They let the guilty walk but put innocent people in jail.

Ashley hawthorne had to whine to dane chambers to get our wells fargo account closed. Because she whined to him about my mother harassing her at the phenix city wells fargo. But it was all a set up by her evil cronies who were calling her and telling her our business.
After we get the new account open a few days later we received a nasty letter from dane chambers telling us that wells fargo is exercising their right to close our account and telling us not to enter any wells fargo ever again and to only conduct business over the phone or e-mail. He was full of crap! This is what pushed me over the edge and I will not stop exposing ashley and chaz hawthorne for the injustice they caused me and my mom!
That was the last straw when ashley hawthorne complained to wells fargo about my mom harassing her. We couldn't log into our account on 04/28/2015 that was because she and wells fargo was tampering with our online account.
It was a down right dirty criminal trick to do! Ashley hawthorne should be the one fired
