Complaint Review: Inet Team

Bill Delanoy at INET Team is a joke.

I tried working with Inet Team. They promised excellent training and support. What a joke! The owner Bill Delanoy cant stop talking about his days with Kirby vacuum cleaner and some old Spa company. The quality of the training was awful. The customer service is non existence. Nobody ever answers the toll free number. Bills direct number has always gone to the voice mail. The office business manager - Mylo or Myles - is some 20 year old guy who doesnt have business education or experience, and all he cares about is body building and the gym. They couldnt give me an email or phone extension or business cards.

The office smelled like a toilet and junks were all around. There were no signs anywhere in the building, doors or mailboxes to identify Inet Team or Bill Delanoy.

As if he was hiding or something. My overall experience about them feels like its amateur hours down there. I dont know if they are coming or going. They dont give you anything. Once you are hired, pretty much you are on your own. Good luck. No service and almost no support. I wouldn't recommend them for anything!
