INFIBANK CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I have been a credit union member for 18 years and my CU switched to Infibank a couple years back for their credit cards. I have NEVER been late with Infibank (or any account for that matter), have a credit score of over 760, and always pay more than the minimum amount.

I was out of the country on vacation and forgot to schedule my payment. Upon return, I paid the account and it posted 7 days past due. Infibank raised my APR to 29.49% (from 0.00%). I inquired whether they would lower even to my purchase APR of 11.9% and they say no that the terms of the agreement say they "CAN" change the APR if I was past due. Mary, a CSR Supervisor refused to assist me and had a "careless" attitude. I find this OUTRAGIOUS!! I definitely am paying them off -- no bank unwilling to compromise or be understanding and charging that high of an APR deserves my business!
