This company agreed to a 30 day trial period. I tried to call back for a return order number and was not provided with one. I sent an email to a Chris Wardle explaining that if I do not receive a return order number that I would report them to the BBB. Immediately I received a phone call from Chuck Vaughn and he pretended like he didn't remember our agreement. Supposedly, the company changed their policy from a 30day trial period to a 90day performance guarantee around the time of our agreement but he did not explain that to me. He voided our verbal agreement and without my authorization, the company charged my visa 133.32. There product is a scam and its designed for you to appear as if your reading speed has doubled but it does not. You just learn reading techniques that enable you to scan information quicker but that doesn't mean that you'll retain what you've read. There's so many products that cost way less than this product that will train the eye muscles just as effectively. I hope that there is a class action lawsuit on these b**tards.

Infinite Mind launched it's new Performance Guarantee on Sept. 16th, 2010 and this particular customer ordered from our sales agent on Oct. 8th, 2010, well after the transition away from the 30-day program. Our new Performance Guarantee states that if a customer does not double their reading speed after doing all 12 sessions of our program, we offer a full money back guarantee. This information was posted on our website when this customer visited it to do a free session of our program. It should be noted that the program, if done every other day, can be completed in less than 30 days, around 22 to be exact, but we have given our customers 90 days to complete all 12 sessions.

This customer emailed our company on Nov. 18th seeking a Return Merchandise Authorization Number # (RMA) and Chris responded on Nov. 22nd with instructions on how to obtain one that were outlined in the Performance Guarantee. Chris also attached a new Performance Guarantee in PDF format in case the customer misplaced his original.

The customer was frustrated in December when his 2 of his 3 payments were taken out (his first one in November declined). The customer is made aware of the payment plan that was offered to him because the sales agent outlines, in detail, the arrangement before the credit card information is obtained. Company policy also states that the customer must agree to the payment arrangements before any product is shipped to the customer. The sales agent also applied a $50 discount for the customer at the time of the sale. On December 17th, we indicated to him in our response that he still had time to complete the 12 sessions of the program and take advantage of the Performance Guarantee we again reviewed with him. The customer has repeatedly refused to use the program and follow the detailed instructions that have been given to him over and over again.

This customer has refused to use our product and see the benefit it can provide to it's users. We have given the customer plenty of time and instruction to meet the qualifications for a return. The customer has not provided proof that the product didn't double his reading speed, as we guaranteed that it would.
